Grow your own organic food!
Spring is here! Time to get your gardens started. And it is so easy with Square Foot Gardening. Get all the production of a traditional row garden in just 20% of the space, 10% of the water, 5% of the seeds and (here’s the best part) only 2% of the work because there are NO WEEDS! Really!
Just a quick update of where I’ll be in the next few weeks:
March 26-28 I’ll have a table at the BIA Licking County Home & Garden Show at Bryn Du Mansion in Granville. (Although for Saturday I have someone covering my table because I’ll be in Delaware.)
Sunday, March 28, 1:00 I’ll present “The 10 Basics of Square Foot Gardening” at the H&G Show
Saturday, March 27 I’m one of the keynote speakers at the Green Thumbs Master Gardener’s Conference in Delaware, Ohio.
Monday, March 29, 6:00 p.m. at Newark Public Library with the 10 Basics Class. Sponsored by the Ohio Green Specialists.(Free)
In April, I’ll be at the Garden Fling in Springfield, Ohio on the 10th. I’ll be speaking at 10:30 and 2:30 and will also have a vendor table in the gymnasium.
On Sunday, April 11, 2:00 p.m., I’ll be doing a full hands-on demonstration at Wilson’s Garden Center in Newark. Come see their new building and tour their beautiful demo gardens. (Free)
Would you like to introduce organic gardening and self-sufficiency with Square Foot Gardening to your group? I’d be happy to come speak. Call or email at the info below.
Happy gardening!

Hi Cassie,
I took your SFG class at UA several weeks ago. Any word yet about if you will be able to bring some Mel’s mix to central Ohio? Thanks!

HI Lisa! Yes! We are now in the process of taking orders and hope to have a truckload shipped to Ohio in the next few weeks. Email me at Cassie@CassiesStuff.com and put MEL’S MIX in the subject line. Let me know how many you would like (it takes 4 to fill a 4×4).
